Return Policy - Beds and Sofas

We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit, so we offer a flexible return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

You can return any product within 14 days of delivery, provided that the product is in new, unused condition, and is returned in its original packaging. To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the necessary steps and provide instructions for returning the item.

Conditions for Returns:

The product must be in new condition, without any signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

Original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, must be intact.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a faulty product or an incorrect item being delivered.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Issues with the support system, including the mattress base or foundation, that may affect the durability or comfort of the product.

Exclusions:

Any damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, or modifications made by the customer.

Wear and tear from regular use, such as fabric discoloration, minor scratches, or dents.

Damage caused by improper storage or maintenance, such as exposure to excessive moisture, heat, or sunlight.

Original receipt or proof of purchase.

A description of the issue, along with photos or videos if applicable.

We will assess the claim and may request an inspection of the product. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer a repair, replacement parts, or a full product replacement. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we will offer a refund.
