1. Orders & Payments: All orders placed are subject to acceptance and availability. Full payment or an agreed deposit must be made before processing.

2. Pricing: All prices are in GBP and include applicable VAT. Delivery charges are added at checkout unless stated otherwise.

3. Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 4-7 weeks unless otherwise communicated. Delivery cost is typically £30 within mainland UK.

4. Returns: You may return an unused product in its original packaging within 14 days. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

5. Warranty: Beds and sofas include a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

6. Use of Website: You agree not to misuse the website or extract content without permission.

7. Liability: Bonum Home Ltd is not responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g., courier issues). Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.
