At Bonum Home, we aim to make furnishing your home effortless. When you shop with us, you receive not just high-quality furniture, but also a smooth, reliable delivery service tailored to your needs.
Delivery Across the UK
• Mainland UK: Most orders are delivered directly to your door with a standard delivery charge of £79, unless otherwise stated.
• Remote Areas & Islands: Deliveries to Scotland Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Isles, or other remote locations may incur additional surcharges. You’ll be informed of any extra fees before dispatch.
Delivery Times
• Standard delivery usually takes 3–6 weeks from order confirmation, as many items are handcrafted or imported.
• Pre-order and made-to-order items may take longer, but we always keep you updated via email or WhatsApp.
Tracking & Notifications
• Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your delivery.
• Large items are delivered by specialist teams and you’ll be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery time.
Room of Choice & Access Requirements
• For large items, our delivery team will place your furniture in the room of your choice, provided there is safe and clear access.
• Please notify us in advance if your delivery requires stairs, narrow doors, or other access considerations. Extra charges may apply for difficult access.
Assembly Services
• Assembly for larger items can be arranged for an additional fee. Please confirm any assembly requests before dispatch. Changes after dispatch may not be possible.
Order Confirmation & Dispatch
• Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with all relevant details.
• Orders are dispatched only after payment is confirmed. Deliveries are made on weekdays; we do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
Failed or Refused Deliveries
• If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, inaccessibility, or unavailability, additional redelivery charges may apply.
• If you refuse delivery after dispatch, the item will be returned and refund processed minus any return costs.
Express Delivery
• For faster delivery, express options are available at checkout or by contacting our customer service team. Additional charges apply.

• Always provide an accurate delivery address. Changes after dispatch may not be accommodated.
• Check your space to ensure items fit through doors, hallways, and staircases before delivery.
